Meaning of Tabligi Jammat(TJ)

    It is an urdu word which means a group of people who convey or preach. It has no political agenda as is said in their websites reviews. It was born in India during British rule.Its birth place is Mawat in India       It was founded by Mohmad Illayas in 1926 for the rivival of the teaching of Islam.

Historical background

With the decline of the Muslim empire in India and British facing resistence in length and breadth of India to quite India,many poitical forms came into existence.Most of whom were political groups and thoughts.This group or the Jammat took to reforms within  the muslims and took a missionery role to transform all muslims to true  Islam –peace.Over years this group have been working with out any political agenda and  have no militant or armed wings.They are simple motivated and true missioneries ,spending their money and time to ask people to be true muslims.It does not address any non-muslim directly but tries to reaffirm the faith of Muslims.

Faith on One God.

The importance of preachings of the true values of the life like faith on GOD,THE ONENESS OF GOD is the first principle of this Jamat ,which preaches there is no God ,except one  God and that Mohmaad (saw) is his prophet.Here one can argue that The oneness of God is a universal truth accepted by all religions in this world.I have read the truth of Mahatma Ghandi which clearly  shows that there is only one God and if I remember correctly he ascribes the word god to be a misnomer.Here if we discuss this point in detail, the majority of those who believe in GOD do  affirm that there is no God except the only one ,the God.Here if Jammat preaches the one ness of God it is preaching the universal belief and not any new concept or theory of its own.

Universal brotherhood

      In our discourse on oneness of God we have given examples of all the religions of the world about it. None in this world opposes this concept, although some call it a force, light or nature. Quran itself says that God has many names and he may be called by any name it does not matter so far as the belief of his oneness is not disputed. The message of Quran is clear and vivid as it lays emphasis on TOWHEED i.e. one nesss of the God.

First principle of Tabligi Jammat

This is first principle of the JAMAT or Tabligi Jammat.Thus there is no controversy on this principle of theirs. I must say all religious priests and scholars of the world recognize the GOD”s presence and Governess as supreme as such this point of preaching by any one is bringing us closer to truth than evil

FEAR OF GOD IS THE BEST PRINCIPLE OF LIFE  

   Let me elaborate this point further. A person whosoever he may be teacher, a scholar, a ruler, a worker or an ordinary subject. If he believes on God and regards him supreme. he believes him to be omnipotent and always watching him and recording his deed good or bad. This feeling itself relieves you off many sins and evil thoughts. Many a times in my life when I thought of evil or evil tried to encircle me it was this concept that God watches me kept me aloof of the sin. Now in my old age I realise the fear of the God which has helped me at times to keep away the bad thoughts. The man makes mistakes only when he forgets God .The evil never exist with the concept of God. Any doubt on the omnipresence of God makes you to scum to evil. Thus Fear of God is the best and only principle of peace in this world.

GOD FEARING MEN AND WOMEN WHO RULE THE WORLD

   Any nation or ruler whether democratic or authoritarian cannot maintain peace in the nation if majority of his subjects does not believe of the values of purity. Any dilution of the righteousness leads to evil. All thefts, murders, fights, attacks or other forms of evil come from a sense of liberty or false pride of being tactful or methodical to cheat or create a confusion to do evil. One does no evil fearing law or may I say in presence of others. Worst sins are committed in darkness, when one believes none is watching him. Rarely crimes are committed under the watchful eyes of the law of the land. It is not possible for any state to have a watch on every citizen, therefore the process of reporting the crime, its investigation and the judicial process to convict him makes our system lengthier and labourous.Instead. If we are able to inculcate a sense of being watched by the God every time we shall and will refrain form evil. Thus belief in God and the sense of his being watchful makes you free of evil. This is the first and fore most concept of Islam thought by the TABLIGI JAMMAT  abbreviated as TJ.It leaves no doubt whatsoever on the mind of anybody that if all of us fear God and believe him to be watching us and his fear to punish or reward us, shall make this earth more meaningful to live. It will be a self sustaining pure state rather than  present evil burdened societies and nations of creed, racism and discrimination. If we have to contain the deaths, evils and injustice in this world it is necessary to infuse the fear of God. Any group or person doing it is stepping towards peace not destruction.

 SECOND PRINCIPLE OF JAMMAT IS PRAYER AND SUBMISSION TO GOD

  The second principle of the TJ is Selah i.e. Nemaz or the worship. Here a person is asked to perform or rather trained to observe five time prayer called  Nimaz.What is this Nimaz and what do we chant there. The nimaz consists of surrendering to the will of God by praising him and requesting him to protect us from evil. Now if you go regularly after 3-6 hourly intervals to remind yourself that God is there and he is watching you there are few chances of going astray. We have seen people praying and doing wrong ,such people are the worst and are called Munafiq that one who does not believe God but pretends to believe for some worldly gain or the reputation. The TJ concept of perfoming the nemaz and leaving all worldly things for the few days makes you to concentrate on the self purification.TO LEAVE YOUR work or even home for the sake of containing evil  among the Muslims makes it a better social service  which should be honoured in the world .

Nimaz the worship a trainig for the purity of mind and soul

 The Nimaz is a training for purity of your actions and deeds thus this second principle of the TJ is also in conformity with universal good. Here they do not concentrate on education of anyone else than those who believe in Islam. Its concept is to induce missionary zeal among Muslims to be peaceful and helpful to the global society by fearing God, doing well and abandoning evil. I am sure every nation and each of us want justice, peaceful, free from evil society of the world. If TJ is attempting it they do a service towards good and not bad for this global world. I am confident if a society of good citizens is born among Muslims the stigmas to this community which as on date harbours many name sake Muslims doing many evils and maligning the Islam are put to right path of purity and truth, the world is made or at least attempted to be better than worst, Thus this second point of Nimaz to make the TG an honoured social reformative society.

ILLAM AND DICKER

The third principle is the most important one out of the all. I have recently reviewed the education and islam. The golden age of Islam has given many good concepts about knowledge,wisdom,truth,justice,science  and technology. Here if the TG stresses on the Muslims for the education and study of the principles of the wisdom. Here I may add to understand Quran you need the universal knowledge and wisdom and not only the knowledge of a language, If it would be for the language alone then the knowledge cannot be universal . The Language is a medium of exchanging the thoughts and not the soul of a thought. Thus mastery on the language of Quran cannot make you scholar of Islam unless you are able to understand it. I understand the Quran as an eternal truth of God which divulges and hints at the creation of the humans and the world.

QURAN TEACHES LAW OD MUTUAL EXISTENCE AND LOVE OF NATURE

   Quran  narrates the laws of nature. It discusses the rights of animals and all what is in the universe. None is knowledgeable enough to understand all existing subjects in this world.Even a master of a branch of science does not make us perfect in 34 years of our daily teaching and researching a subject, Then how can a man with knowledge of a language alone explain the scientific, philosophical and legal truths inscribed in the Quran. Thus a universal knowledge and a scholarly attitude of the Muslims is must therefore the iLLAM KNOWLEDGE AND Decker investigation is essential part for any Muslim to understand Quran the word of God. I have delebrated upon it in our articles on education and Islam and do not wish to repeat it here, NOW THE third point of TJ IS ALSO CLEARED OF any doubts. The above three are the main points or pivotal principle of the Islam and TJ.None of them confronts with any nation or philosophy or the religion. It aims at reforming the Muslims to be pure souls on earth to comport the fellow citizens of the world and not to harm or even think of disrespecting any human being.

THE RESPECT OF FELLOW CITIZENS OF WORLD AND HUMILTY AND TJ

   The other three relate to the last sentence as stated above. It binds on treating every one with respect, called Ikram, and having purity and selfless service to human kind called IKHLASS.AND LASTLY sparing time to do these missionary works. A forth  has been added, which a new origin and stress its members not to waste time in gossips or indulging in any activity except prayer to god and for the good of the humans and the world.

 I am not a member but have read some of the website reports and details of the organization. I have read the fears of some and praises of the others. I request my readers to go through these pages of mine and correct me. Those who do not believe on the principles of the TJ may give their comments and any one from the TJ, who is knowledgeable may please correct and redress my understanding.
