Brother since I am already responding to your question on this video, I will also respond to the other question you posted on another video.
I use a custom computer with an Intel quad core processor, 6 gigs of ram, and a Geforce 8800 graphics card. Along with using After Effects CS4 I also use Sony Vegas for the time line.
