Senator Obama is a member of the Church of Christ. He’s not a Muslim. When he lived in Indonesia he attended a school run by a Christian group.
President Bush is over there right now and he is telling the Israelis to either accept Jesus as the Messiah or face war.
Jesus Christ! How many times do we have to repeat that Barack Obama is a Christian before you stop labeling him a Muslim?! Besides…its GW Bush’s “Christian” beliefs that are destroying America right now!
If Obama becomes president his past affiliation with Islam will come with him into the White House. For all the people who just make bland statements like: “No – he’s a christian”…..How could you know that, just because he says so ? I could call myself a chef, but it doesn’t mean I can cook. When will people educate themselves on this guys background. The best indicator of future behavior is past behavior – and his past is shady at best.

If Obama becomes the president, his Islamic belief will not destroy America because he has no Islamic belief. His father was raised a Muslim in Kenya although he wasn’t active, but Obama was raised a christian in America and had a Christian mother. He and his family attend a Christian church.
If anything, the fact that Obama has some Islam in his background will give him more credibility and empathy when dealing with Muslim leaders etc. which he will need to do as president. It may help him build bridges.
Also Allah is just another word for god. If you were to read a bible translated into Arabic God would still be pronounced Allah. The fact that muslims believe in Allah is not why they are killing people it is because very few fundamentalists have interpreted the Koran the way they want to. The vast majority of muslims are kind-hearted, wonderful, peace-loving people and would feel that they are worshipping the same god you do.
Please try to become a little more informed.
