thats what they say
and i have heard that arabic 1400 years ago is different than the arabic spoken today

The Koran is a relatively new book, its language is not dead, and even if there are translations that are wrong, one can learn Arabic, and look at the Koran to see the answers.
There are two parts to this question:
1. Islamically speaking, the verses that deal with the validity of the Bible are around 6 in the Koran. They dont say the Bible was ‘written differently’ . The verses say the people who came after Jesus changed things in the original teachings of Jesus by way of mouth. Basically, its saying, people ‘explained’ Jesus’s teachings in a way that was against the original intent of the message.
2. Historically speaking, Christians are the ones that claim the Bible is a number of cannons written by different men in different times. In Islam, we believe only the Chosen One i.e. the prophet of the time, had the right to dictate Gods words to society. To have a number of people, add their own opinions to Gods word, is extremely wrong in the eyes of Islam.
Because Gods word, is Gods word, and should be respected enough to not be in the same book as the comments of a human being.
Note: Muslims believe Jesus was given the ‘Good News’ and he dictated it to his followers. When Christians themselves admit the Bible is a collection of writings that are both from Jesus and from other people, theyre basically saying: this is Gods words, and other peoples words.

Dear Brother
Let me Tell you; I have a Bible with me.
Will you not ask me: What / Which Bible?
Then you may ask me Which Version It is?
Is it AV or KJV?
The Protestants have bravely expunged seven whole books from their Book of God! The outcasts are:
The Book of Judith
The Book of Tobias
The Book of Baruch
The Buck of Esther, etc.
Again in any bible there are many Gospels written by so many but how many Gospels by Jesus Himself?
The Roman Catholic Bible was published at Rheims in 1582, from Jerome’s Latin Vulgate and reproduced at Douay in 1609. That means after 1500 years of Jesus Christ right?
So many Versions after that, so Tell me which Bible and Which Version is the God’s untampered Bible?
Now Read what your Own Christian Scholars say about Bible:
Dr. W. Graham Scroggie of the MOODY BIBLE INSTITUTE, Chicago, one of the most prestigious Christian Evangelical Mission in the world, answering the question — “Is the Bible the Word of God?” (also the title of his book), under the heading: IT IS HUMAN, YET DIVINE. He says on page 17:
“Yes, the Bible is human, though some, out of zeal which is not according to knowledge, 1 have denied this. Those books2 have passed through the minds of men, are written in the language of men, were penned by the hands of men, and bear in their style the characteristics of men.” (Emphasis added).
Another erudite Christian scholar, Kenneth Cragg, the Anglican Bishop of Jerusalem, says on page 277 of his book, “The Call of the Minaret”:
“Not so the New Testament3 . . . There is condensation and editing; 4 there is choice, reproduction and witness. The Gospels have come through the mind of the Church behind the authors. They represent experience and history.” 5
Now let me tell you about Holy Quran. We do not have Versions in Holy Quran. There is only one Holy Quran in Arabic Language right from the Life time of our Holy Prophet.
Let us not talk about Translations but only the Original Script of the Holy Quran. And see how it was preserved.
Method of preservations of the Quran during the Prophet’s time:
Besides, those of the Companions (pbut) who were literate used to keep a written record of several portions of the Holy Qur’an. In this manner, the text of the Holy Qur’an had been preserved in four different ways during the lifetime of the Holy Prophet (PBUH):
a) The Holy Prophet (PBUH) had the whole text of the Divine Messages from the beginning to the end committed to writing by the scribes of revelations
b) Many of the Companions learned the whole text of the Qur’an, every syllable of it, by heart.
c) All the illustrious Companions, without an exception, had memorized at least some portions of the Holy Qur’an, for the simple reason that it was obligatory for them to recite it during worship. An estimate of the number of the illustrious Companions may be obtained from the fact that one hundred and forty thousands Companions had participated in the Last Pilgrimage performed by the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
d) A considerable number of the literate Companions kept a private record of the text of the Qur’an and satisfied themselves as to the purity of their record by reading it out to the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
Method of preservations of the Quran after the demise of the Prophet;
It is an incontrovertible historical truth that the text of the Holy Qur’an extant today is, syllable for syllable, exactly the same as the Holy Prophet (PBUH) had offered to the world as the Word of God. After the demise of the Holy Prophet, the first Caliph Hadhrat Abu Bakr (PBUH) assembled all the Huffaz and the written records of the Holy Qur’an and with their help had the whole text written in Book form. In the time of Hadhrat ‘Uthman (PBUH) copies of this original version were made and officially dispatched to the Capitals of the Islamic World. Two Of these copies exist in the world today, one in Istanbul and the other in Tashkent. Whosoever is so inclined may compare any printed text of the Holy Qur’an with those two copies, he shall find no variation.
And how can one expect any discrepancy, when there have existed several million Huffaz in every generation since the time of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and in our own time? Should anyone alter a syllable of the original text of the Qur’an, these Huffaz would at once expose the mistake.
In the last century, an Institute of Munich University in Germany collected FORTY-TWO THOUSAND copies of the Holy Qur’an including manuscripts and printed texts produced in each period in the various parts of the Islamic World. Research work was carried out on these texts for half a century, at the end of which the researchers concluded that apart from copying mistakes, there was no discrepancy in the text of these forty-two thousand copies, even though they belonged to the period between the 1st Century Hijra to 14th Century Hijra and had been procured from all parts of the world. This Institute, alas! perished in the bombing attacks on Germany during World War II, but the findings of its research project survived.
Another point that must be kept in view is that the word in which the Qur’an was revealed is a living language in our own time. It is still current as the mother tongue of about a hundred million people from Iraq to Morocco. In the non-Arab world too, hundreds of thousands of people study and teach this language.
The grammar of the Arabic language, its lexicon, its phonetic system and its phraseology, have remained intact for fourteen hundred years.
A modern Arabic-speaking person can comprehend the Holy Qur’an with as much proficiency as did the Arabs of fourteen centuries ago. This, then, is an important attribute of Muhammad (PBUH), which is shared by no other Prophet or Leader of Religion. The Book which God revealed to Him for the guidance of mankind is today’s in its original language without the slightest alteration in its vocabulary.

Torah, Bible and Quran are the books revealed to mankind from God. Yes, it is true that Torah and Bible are no more original, because the present Bible sayings from Paul. Quran has never been tampered and will never be,because it is being protected by God.
Epithious: Please note Muslims believe that Bible is tampered but not 100%. Some part of it are still the original, but most of it has been distorted.

The bible has been corrupted (in a good way) by Western philosophy. This is why christianity isn’t as destructive as it once was. The reason islam is so destructive and harmful to humanity is that it’s consistent in its primitive view of reality.
It doesn’t matter if it’s old Arabic, contemporary Arabic, Chinese, Lakota, etc. It’s the ideas that matter. And it’s the contradictory religious ideas that inspire poverty and murder.

I would just like to say, that any Qu’ran that is not in the Arabic language, is merely a translation of the meaning, hence it is common that translations of the Qu’ran differ slightly depending on who has translated them. However, any and every Qu’ran that are written in Arabic, are exactly word for word the same as the original Qu’ran that still exists today.
There are many Muslims around the world that have memorized the whole Qu’ran word for word. This is due to the reason that the Qu’ran is like poetry, and when you hear it being read in arabic the first thing that you will notice that it rhymes. Unlike the Bible, if all the Qu’rans in the world were tampered with, Muslims would be able to recognize this immediately.
ray: that is true to a certain extent, but like many languages over time dialecs are developed, however the original arabic language is never lost.

Look if you want me to answer I would tell it to you clearly by the facts mentioned in the Quran….
Its a book like any other. Like your Bible and it says that this world has witnessed numerous comunities in different regions and every community had its own book sent its own messenger sent to them.
Now moving towards Bible it was more important than any other( as well as the one of Jews) so it has great mention there in the book..you’ll find it if you read it. It says clearly that the ones who followed the pure words of the Bible(Injeel: As mentioned in there) where sure to go to heaven and will recieve peace and will be free from any kind of grief
you see this is in the Quran..later it says that the Bible(the book sent by the same who has sent the book of quran…yes the same) was improperly corrupted of its divinity and misinterpreted as is even done today.
Moreover the Quran has mentions about Jesus(As Isah) that too very clearly that he was the man behind the Bible, that is he was the messenger to his people with the words of God in the Bible.
Moving to your next Question I must say that the Quran says its been with all books to be corupted of its divinity so it lost its divine status on earth and then there you had the Quran finally with Prophet Mohammed as the Messenger this time to overcome the juggle commited with the Bible. And it has been under special guidance of the Lord who sent you the Divine Bible and obviously the Quran. Thats why the Muslims speak of its constancy and perfection.

Muslims don’t believe the Bible is true, but when it comes to the Bible prophesying about Muhammad. It becomes true.
Interesting, or a matter of convenience!

Jesus Christ is LORD. Don’t believe it? read GOSPEL OF THOMAS VERSE 77 Found at the Nag Hammadi Library online. That means Islam can not be true. Read Also Bhagavat Gita verse 9:11 This is also Christ
