Jesus in Islam (HD Video: Salafi Sunni perspective)

Christians revere and worship Jesus as the actual “Son of God” or even “God in human form”. Jews reject him as illegitimate Yeshu, a false Jewish messiah. But do you know what Muslims believe about Jesus? According to orthodox Islamic belief, not only do Muslims love and respect Prophet Jesus (Eesa) and his blessed mother Mary/Maryam (peace be upon them), but are faithfully awaiting his Second Coming and will follow him as the true Messiah and leader of the entire world in the not too distant future! Outside of the Bible, the level and depth of knowledge about Jesus found in the Quran and authentic Hadith/Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is quite simply breath taking. And for those of you who are still on a quest for ultimate truth, may contain answers to many enigmatic questions that still haunt you from Sunday School, such as; “After being betrayed by Judas, why does Jesus seem to be a completely different person, meek and uncharacteristically silent, unable to defend himself against his murderers, even though God Himself had promised him that the “cup of death” would be removed from Jesus?”. In the quest for truth, it would be a shame, in these times when Muslims are so misunderstood, to dismiss revelations about Jesus found in Islamic sources as worthless and “throw out the baby with the bathwater”. Especially nowadays, when people all over the world are looking for clear directions for a faith to accept fully, or more tragically, abandoning religion

@Arabman666 Please scroll down the Uploader Comments for the Authentic Islamic source from an-Nasai regarding the young Hawariyoon Volunteer. It’s an eye-opener. Take care.

Do you have any Islamic Sources for Eesah (AS) preforming the Bread and Fish feeding miracles?

Also, I’ve never heard that the youngest of the Hawarioon was Crucified instead. Is this from an Islamic Source? I’ve never heard such a statement. I’ve heard the Christian tradition that says “Simon carried the Cross of Jesus” which might allude to his Crucifxion,
But I also read The Apocalypse of Peter (1stCE), saying an Evil Son of the Romans Glory was made to look like Jesus and Crucified Instead.

@TheNeedForCreed Salamu aleekum, thank you so much for the videos!!! Truly a blessing!

Secondly, you are an ignorant student of history due to your hatred of Islam. The New Testament of the Bible you talk of does not predate the Quran by thousands of years but was codified in the late Fourth Century, a mere three hundred years before the Quran was revealed. And Rome had nothing to do with the Angel Gabriel delivering the Quran directly to Muhammad [S] over a period of 23 years to its completion in the Gregorian year 632. Dont bother replying to me with your Islamophobic rants.

Allah refutes your point about Him being a moon god [Audzubillah]; And of His signs are the night and the day and the sun and the moon, do not prostrate to the sun and the moon, but prostrate yourselves to Allah Who created them if it is He that you worship. [Quran, 4137] Furthermore, it states that Abraham rejected to worship the sun, moon and stars for the worship of their Creator Allah. Finally; The sun and moon will be rolled up in Hell of the day of Resurrection [Al-Silsilah;1/32#124].

@TheNeedForCreed Allah is not the True God that created Adam. Allah is really a moon god from ancient pagan religions. What makes you believe that Islam is following the One True God? If someone told you that the moon is a god and told you to worship it to receive virgins and free massages, would you do it? Why don’t you believe the Bible which predates the Koran by thousands of years, but you believe Islam which came after the Roman Church was created?

O People of the Book! Do not commit excesses in your religion: Nor say of God anything but the truth. Messiah Jesus the son of Mary was (only) a Messenger of God and His Word, which He bestowed on Mary, and a Spirit proceeding from Him. So believe in God and His Messengers. Do not say Trinity, desist, it is better for you, for God is but One God: (Far Exalted in Glory is He) from having a son. To Him belong all things in the Heavens and on Earth. And enough is God as a Disposer of affairs. 4:171

Men and women of greater piety obtain higher ranks in Paradise than others [just as the more evil occupy deeper levels of Hell]. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) mentioned that four women have such a high status in Jannah; Aasiya [the believing wife of Pharaoh], Mary [the mother of Jesus], Khadija [his wife and the first believer] and Fatima [his daughter] (peace be upon them all). In a similar manner, the Prophets will reach the rank of Firdaus-al-Ala, the Highest Heaven. As for Jesus,

You are confused. Lets get one thing straight, Islam means the willing submission to the One True God, Al-Lah literally means; The God, as any Arab Christian can tell you. He is the same God Who created Adam, so Islam is the essence of pure Monotheism. Nobody is forcing you to do anything; there is no compulsion to force you into belief. God has given you the gift of free-will to choose your own action. You must decide for yourself and be answerable to God on the Last Day for your life choices.

@TheNeedForCreed Mohammed wrote about his daughter Fatima: “Thou shalt be the most blessed of all the women in Paradise, after Mary.” So, Mary the mother of Jesus is exalted above Mohamed’s daughter and Jesus? Why is Mary more important than Jesus? And what does the Koran say about Jesus? Does it say that Jesus said to follow him or else you will be have to be killed? That’s not what the Bible says.

@TheNeedForCreed Why would I follow a religion created by the Roman Church? Why follow a religion rooted in paganism? My God does not force people to believe in Him. Your god has to bribe people promises of eternal life and virgins, and if that doesn’t work he makes people use force. What kind of god needs to work so hard to make people to follow him? Look in the Bible, Revelation 17 to see what will happen to Islam and the Roman Church.

Do not be deceived. Islam is the only way, any other way is Satans deception. The Original Sin, the Trinity and the Son of God deity was created by the Roman Church to persecute the real followers of Jesus. This is why Catholics alone venerate the mother of Jesus as the Queen of Heaven along with other Saints, yet God rebuked those worshipping other than Him with Hellfire. Look in the Bible, Mark 12: 28/29. Turn to Allah. You will not only receive virgins, but you will receive eternal life too!

Do not be deceived. Jesus is the only way, any other way is deception. Islam was created by the Roman Church to persecute Christians and Jews. This is why both Catholics and Muslims venerate the mother of Jesus as the Queen of Heaven, but God rebuked those worshiping the queen of heaven. Look in the Bible, Jeremiah 7:18. Turn to Jesus. You will not receive any virgins, but you will receive eternal life.

Finally, It will be at this time that Allah will send the son of Mary. He will descend at the white minaret on the eastern side of Damascus, wearing two garments lightly dyed with saffron and placing his hands on the wings of two Angels. [Part of Hadith, Sahih Muslim #7015] The Eastern Gate or Baab Al-Sharqi is very close to the so-called Jesus-Bride Minaret of the Umawwi Mosque in Damascus for which Christians once paid to have clad in white marble when it was rebuilt. Jezakallahu Khairan.

Ibn Abbass Sahih report demolishes the erroneous view from the fabricated Gospel of Barnabas which says the traitor Judas died on the cross, even though the corrupted Bible talks of Judas committing suicide; Matthew 27:5 And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself. And also Acts 1:18 Now this man purchased a field with the reward of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out. Allah Knows best.

Another group, the Naasturiyah/Nestorians, said, The son of Allah was with us as long as he willed and Allah took him to Heaven. Another group, the Muslims, said, The servant and Messenger of Allah remained with us as long as Allah willed, and Allah then took him to Him. The two disbelieving groups cooperated against the Muslim group and they killed them. Ever since that happened, Islam was then veiled until Allah sent Muhammad. [An-Nasai, Al-Kubra, 6:489]

Then the resemblance of Jesus was cast over that man while Jesus ascended to Heaven from a hole in the roof of the house. When the Jews came looking for Jesus, they found that young man and crucified him. Some of Jesus followers disbelieved in him twelve times after they had believed in him. They then divided into three groups. One group, the Yaqoobiyah/Jacobites, said, Allah remained with us as long as He willed and then ascended to Heaven.

Who among you will volunteer for his appearance to be transformed into mine, and be killed in my place. Whoever volunteers for that, he will be with me [in Paradise]. One of the youngest ones among them volunteered, but Jesus asked him to sit down. Jesus asked again for a volunteer, and the same young man volunteered and Jesus asked him to sit down again. Then the young man volunteered a third time and Jesus said, You will be that man.

The following amazingly clarifying narration from Ibn Abbas is reported as authentic in Shaykh Muqbils unfinished Tafsir on verse 3:54, I will quote it in full; Just before Allah raised Jesus to the Heavens, Jesus went to his disciples, who were twelve inside the house. When he arrived, his hair was dripping with water [as if he had just had a bath] and he said; There are those among you who will disbelieve in me twelve times after you had believed in me. He then asked;

Assalamu alaykum. Thanks for your comments, I hope the following helps. Ibn Kathir comments on this [But {a voice} cried to her from beneath] Quran,19;24 saying; Whose voice was this? According to Ibn Abbas, Qatada, Suddi and Dahhak, it was Gabriel who called her. But according to Mujahid, Hasan and others, it was Jesus himself who called her, and this opinion is preferred by Ibn Jarir as well. Jezakallahu Khairan, and the best words are Allah Knows best.

A disciple will take on his identity? Where is your proof for this? Judas committed suicide? Is there any evidences of this from authentic Islamic sources? The Masjid will Isa will descend… where is your source for this?

The voice that spoke under the tree could have either been Isa or Angel Jibreel and Allah knows best.
