so you judge ISLAM by the way states are run TODAY? that’s sad because most leaders are corrupted as you can’t deny. You can’t judge the an ideology by the faults human beings make. we are not perfect-only Allah is.
Just because you get a bad mark in math (at school) doesn’t mean that math doesn’t make sense. it means that you didn’t get it. And that’s the problem with human beings. we are sometimes false. not the ideology which is supposed to guide us to the right path.
I see states run by religion and not run well. Look at Iran. The ruling class is a theocracy of those who believe things like homosexuals do not exist in their country, and that the rights of the imaginary exceed those of the living. It brings me great sadness to see so many under a dictatorship, which enslaves its own people and rewards its clerics for their “faith”
and what do you mean by “scare the idiots and take their money”? i for example would not consider myself an idoit: I study biochemistry at Uni in Berlin and i’ve not given any money to religious institutions - just to poor people for the sake of Allah.
I ask myself: where does your weird picture of islam come from?
i was not raised Muslim. i am revert. before i was atheist. i had your kind of “objectivity” looking into all kinds of religions:spent time with christians in germany&america, with jews in israel, with buddhist from vietnam&with muslims from lotsa places.
i was drawn to the light of islam and my heart blooms when i see a film like this.
your heart and your eyes are closed to the beauty of islam. where does your knowledge of islam come from? who are you to judge that you know more than Muslims?
well you know about islam… so the message has reached you one way or the other…
and those who really don’t know about anything can’t be punished. but how do you know it was/is not spread into every corner? have you been everywhere?
islam teaches me to tolerate my religious and nonreligious fellow men and that the mother (=WOMAN) is three times more worth than the father. Also: that the one who treats his wife best is the best muslim.
what you are talking about is MAN made traditions.
I understand Islam better than Muslims because I was not force fed it growing up. I have something called objectivity, which no religious person is capable of. It goes against their very doctrine. Pretty good scheme if you are a beneficiary of the proceeds of religion. Scare the idiots and take their money.
Allah who is supposed to be the most merciful and benevolent of all is the one who dooms 80% of the planet to eternal torment of boiling water and fire for minor transgressions, such as not believing the incorrect parts of the Qur’an, and there are many. His message is still not spread to every corner of the globe aside from the fact that this message originated 1400 years ago. He can apparently create the Earth in 6 days, but is incapable of delivering a message to me personally.
