Al-Hashr 59:7
And whatever Allah has bestowed from the people of tge cities over His messenger (i.e. 1/5th ghanim/profit according to the means) and that is the (sadqa/charity) is for Allah and the Messenger and for the qurb/the relatives and the yatama/the orphans and……..

Al-Hashr 59:7
…. the masakeen/the needy and the ibn-e-sabeel/the sons of the way so it may not be a thing takenin turns amongst the rich of you and what he gives you take it and what he forbids you about it, so forbid and take guard of Allah, Surely Allah is strong and persuit.

Points:
1)According to the prevailing concept people are quoting just a small phrase of this ayat inorder to up-hold the books of hadith/event.
2)In this very ayat Allah/God is telling the distribution which messenger has to made of the ghanim/profit he is receiving from rich.

3)Messenger divide those profit among the categories mentioned in Quran (8:60) and those categories has no right to argue in this they have to accept what messenger gives and take guard from what he forbids about the ghanim/profit.
4)Nowhere this phrase refers or even point to the books of hadith/event.

***According to the scholars on Haz.Mohammad bin Abdullah Quran was revealed but that man of history consists of two personalities one as a human being having family and other as a messenger. Whereas in one of the places in Hadees itself Mohammad p.b.u.h said that he can made some mistake as a man so people should follow his messengers personality mentioned in Quran.

There is no authority on the books of hadees but Quran is on the authority of Allah/God almighty.

***There can be some mistakes in man written books but there is not a single flaw on the revelation send to Mohammad p.b.u.h i.e. Al-Quran.

***People should be confirm to whom they are referring to “the bashar” or “the messenger” there is difference between the two personalities.

But I put my belief on the authority of Allah alone.

No the issue here is that Allah takes guaranty of the accuracy of Quran and says that it will not be corrupted by people like other texts from Allah. But Allah does not take guaranty of books of Hadith.

Plus books of hadith were written by many people and after many years of Prophet’s death. So you are putting your belief on the authority of all these people not on prophet directly. Because they are saying what Prophet did or did not. But I will put of my belief on the authority of Allah.
